Gwen's yoga classes are fantastic!!!
Gwen is an excellent teacher and she brings together humour, healing and sacredness to her classes. I was suffering from anxiety and depression last year and as soon as I started doing Gwen's classes 3 times a week I started to feel better, mentally, physically and spiritually, and I continue to feel better and better.
Gwen's yoga has changed my life in so many positive ways and I am deeply grateful for this.
